How do I interpret the various codes I see in PowerSchool?
The Telos academic program provides regular charting and feedback to students and other stakeholders. Two major key components of this charting relate to class attendance and student citizenship. Class attendance is taken each period of the school day. Teachers are responsible for recording a code that best represents the presence of each student by the end of each school day (330pm Mountain Time.

Student citizenship is also noted on PowerSchool. This is designated by a letter found underneath the class percentage on the right side of a student's school chart. Each Friday morning, teachers are responsible to update the student's current citizenship reflected for that week. At the end of each term, the teacher reports the aggregate citizenship score for the student over the entire quarter. Telos Academy uses the following four designations:
O = Outstanding
S = Satisfactory
N = Needs Improvement
P = Poor Citizenship
Telos Academy instructors use the following rubric to determine the appropriate citizenship mark for each individual student.
